1. Privacy-First by Design

Our core feature — photo Feng Shui — is built around your privacy: photos are parsed entirely in your browser and are never uploaded to our servers. Only the extracted GPS coordinates and compass orientation are sent to the server, and only when you choose to generate a report.

2. Data We Collect

  • Input data: birth date, gender, property coordinates, facing direction, build year — used to compute your chart and report.
  • Generated reports: stored in our database to deliver your reading and for quality control.
  • Payment data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your card details.
  • Usage data: basic analytics (pages visited) to improve the Service.

3. Photo Handling

We do not store, transmit, or process your uploaded photos. All EXIF parsing happens locally in your browser using client-side code. You are the only one who sees the photo.

4. Data Storage & Security

Reports and order data are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 database) with industry-standard security. Access to your report is via a private link; keep it confidential.

5. Third-Party Processors

  • Cloudflare — hosting, Workers, D1, Pages
  • DeepSeek (or other LLM provider) — receives only the textual chart data (never photos) to generate report wording
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • OpenStreetMap Nominatim — reverse geocoding (address lookup)

6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Cookies

We use minimal cookies/analytics strictly to operate the Service. We do not use cookies for advertising.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
